How do mobile-friendly forms behave inside a landing page?
Mobile-friendly forms that are embedded in a page take the full width of the space you give them, up to the “Form width” in your theme. The embed adjusts its own height to match the form. When the lead moves to the next step, the page scrolls back to the top of the form.
How can you check the mobile layout?
You check the mobile layout by opening the form with “View” and narrowing your browser window until the form stacks. Opening the form's share link on your own phone shows you the keypad and the button layout as a lead will meet them.
How to build a mobile form in Growform

Select a Buttons field and choose a value for “Buttons per row (mobile)”. Switch on “Compress buttons on mobile” when a question has many rectangle buttons.
Set the form width
Open “Theme” and enter the “Form width”. A screen narrower than that width receives the stacked layout.

Open the share link on your phone and complete every step before you send paid traffic to the form.
