Active Collab form builder
Create projects and tasks with our Active Collab integration.
Trusted by lead gen teams and agencies
Collect requests with Growform, track them in Active Collab
To make things even more convenient, Growform has an Active Collab integration that lets you automate your workflows. When a new form submission is received, the integration can automatically create a project or task in Active Collab. With the Active Collab integration, your team can stay organized and on top of tasks, without any extra effort.
For the team on the receiving end, that means every submission becomes a task, ticket or record in Active Collab with the details already filled in, so nothing gets lost between the form and the work. Multi-step forms make it easy to ask for exactly the information you need, and conditional logic keeps the form short for the person filling it in.

How does it work?
Active Collab is a fantastic tool for project management. Growform handles the form itself — multi-step, branded and built to convert — and passes every submission to Active Collab automatically.
How it works: build the form in Growform, connect it to Active Collab in a few clicks, and every submission lands in Active Collab automatically.
-
Step 1: Have a Active Collab account ready
You’ll need a Active Collab account to receive the leads. If you already use Active Collab, you’re set. -
Step 2: Create a form with Growform
Next, create a free Growform account and build your first form — start from a template or from scratch. -
Step 3: Connect Growform to Active Collab
Now you’ve got your form, connect it to Active Collab in a few clicks via Zapier — no code needed. Read the integration guide.
- Can this be used to make single step and multi step Active Collab forms?
Yes! Growform excels at creating multi-step lead generation forms, but is also a powerful tool to create single page or “one step” forms.
- Is there any disadvantage to using Zapier to integrate Growform & Active Collab?
No, using Zapier to integrate these systems is an industry best-practice. Millions of customers rely on Zapier to integrate systems, and it is widely considered a safe, secure and reliable way to deliver leads.
- What can I build with this?
Growform can be used to build Active Collab contact forms, quote forms, “wizard” style forms or simple one-page forms. You can even add conditional logic, prefilled fields or add hidden fields!
- How can I embed and share my form?
You’ll be provided with some simple embed code, which lets you embed your form anywhere you wish. The form embed code works with all major website building platforms, such as WordPress, Squarespace and Unbounce.
