Leadformly closed to new customers in January 2021. Venture Harbour, the company behind it, announced that it was "ending work on Leadformly" and wrote "We’re also not taking on any new customers." It promised to support existing customers "before we begin the process to wind down the platform".
The product began in 2016 as an experiment with interactive forms and was used by over 10,000 small businesses in 150+ countries. On 7 October 2026, leadformly.com and its app address both redirect to that announcement, so there is no plan to buy and no account to open.
