  1. I Greed

    The basics are sold as six bundles

    Heyflow's plans come with a Core bundle, and much of the rest is bought separately. For example, logo removal and custom CSS sit in "Design", webhooks in "Conversion", A/B testing in "Insights" and TrustedForm in "Security". On Growform, every plan has your own branding, custom CSS and JavaScript, webhooks and conditional logic.

    Custom JavaScript is a $115-a-month bundle

    On Heyflow, editing JavaScript, adding an HTML block or custom head code needs the "Coding" bundle, included in Scale at $299 a month or sold separately for $115 a month. On Growform, "Custom HTML / JavaScript" sits under Tracking and tagging on the Basic plan.

    Advanced logic can be fiddly

    It's reported that Heyflow's advanced logic can be time-consuming to set up. Growform's logic lives on each field and step, and its ZeroBounce check tests the email address before the lead is submitted.

    Capturing the lead's IP address is a $35 bundle

    On Heyflow, the IP address and the sensitive-data tag sit in the "Security" bundle with TrustedForm, included in "Scale" at $299 a month or $35 a month as an extra bundle. Lead buyers want it with the consent record. Growform captures IP address and user agent on the $139 Professional plan, with TrustedForm and Jornaya.

    The plan with everything costs $299 a month

    On Heyflow, the Scale plan unlocks every bundle... at $299 a month. This is when billed monthly, for 1,000 responses. Growform Basic is $79 a month, and Professional at $139 adds TrustedForm, Jornaya, Twilio and ZeroBounce for 1k leads.

    Your 51st lead waits for an upgrade

    Heyflow Starter includes 50 responses a month. Its help center says extra responses are "stored securely" but "not displayed in your dashboard or forwarded to your CRM or integrations until you upgrade". Growform's limits are soft, so you get an alert and plenty of notice, and every lead keeps reaching your CRM.

    When Heyflow is the better choice

    Choose Heyflow when the funnel has to look like a full website on desktop, with page-style blocks and a design imported from a screenshot. Choose it for AI-generated funnels, for e-commerce quizzes wired to Shopify and Klaviyo, and for native A/B testing (although Growform has this for 2026).

    Heyflow also puts Google Tag Manager and Jornaya on its first plan, where Growform reserves them for Professional, and it hosts every lead in Europe with German-language support. Among Heyflow competitors it remains the one to pick for funnels that are more page than form.

    How to switch from Heyflow to Growform

    Most teams move a funnel in an afternoon. The field types map one to one and the embed is a snippet.

    Start from a template and match your brand

    Pick the mortgage, solar or insurance template that matches your Heyflow funnel and paste your questions into the steps. Then open the Theme panel, set your primary color, width and Google Fonts, and add custom CSS for anything the theme does not reach.

    Reconnect your stack

    Add a webhook or a Zap to the CRM your Heyflow integration fed, paste your Google Ads and Meta IDs under Tracking & tagging, and enter your GTM containers on Professional.

    Swap the embed

    Replace the Heyflow snippet on the landing page with the Growform one, keep the page URL, then unpublish the Heyflow flow so the old link stops collecting.

    What is the best alternative to Heyflow?

    Growform is the best Heyflow alternative. Heyflow sells branding removal, custom code, webhooks and logic as bundles on top of its plans, while Growform includes all four from $79 a month. Heyflow remains a strong choice for funnels that are more landing page than form.

    Is Growform cheaper than Heyflow?

    Yes, Growform is usually cheaper than Heyflow, and the gap grows with volume. At 250 leads a month, Growform Basic is $79 against Heyflow Growth at $149. At 1,000 leads, Growform Professional is $139 against Heyflow Scale at $299. At 3,000 leads, Growform Scale is $249, while Heyflow charges Scale plus 2,000 extra leads at $0.24 each, about $779.     Which Growform plan includes custom CSS and JavaScript?

    Every plan, from Basic. The design panel sets colors, fonts and spacing, a "Custom CSS" box in the form settings covers whatever the theme does not reach, and "Custom HTML / JavaScript" under Tracking & tagging runs your own code when a form completes. Nothing is sold as a bundle. See custom style and design.

    What happens to leads above my Growform plan?

    Nothing happens to the leads. Plan limits are soft, so you get an alert and plenty of notice to upgrade, and every lead keeps arriving in your CRM and your inbox in the meantime.

    Does Growform cap visitors or form views?

    No. No plan has ever metered views or traffic, and Growform serves more than five million form loads a month. Plans are sized by leads and active forms only.

    How do leads reach HubSpot or another CRM from Growform?

    By webhook or Zapier, on every plan, the moment the form is completed. A webhook posts the lead to any endpoint you own, a Zap maps the form fields to HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive properties in a few clicks, and instant email alerts go to the inbox you choose.

    How does Growform report conversions to Google Ads and Meta?

    You paste in the conversion ID under Tracking & tagging and the conversion fires when the form is completed, on every plan, with an option to report qualified leads only. Professional plans add your own Google Tag Manager containers, which hear every completed step as it happens. See conversion tracking.

    Does Growform have TrustedForm and Jornaya?

    Yes, on Professional and Scale. Switch TrustedForm on in the form's tracking settings and a certificate is captured with every submission, ready for the lead buyer. Jornaya and Contact State work the same way, and Twilio and ZeroBounce check the phone number and email address before the lead is submitted. Heyflow sells TrustedForm in its Security bundle on the Scale plan.

    Can I rebuild my Heyflow funnels in Growform?
