    On WPForms Lite, its support forum says entries are not stored by default and one notification email carries each submission. Seeing entries in the dashboard begins with the Basic license, $49.50 for the first year and $99 after. Growform stores every lead on every plan and sends it on by email alert, webhook or Zapier.

    Zapier waits for Pro and webhooks for Elite

    On WPForms, Zapier, Lead Forms, Form Abandonment and Conversational Forms come with the Pro license, $199.50 for the first year and $399 a year at renewal. Webhooks and the HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive integrations sit on Elite, $299.50 and then $599. Growform includes webhooks, Zapier, UTM capture and ad network tracking from its $79 plan.

    Every license is half price once, then renews at full price

    WPForms shows each plan at 50% off, and its footnote says all renewals are at full price, so Basic moves from $49.50 to $99, Pro from $199.50 to $399 and Elite from $299.50 to $599 in year two. Growform lists one price per plan, $79 a month for Basic or $63 a month billed yearly.

When WPForms is the better choice

Choose WPForms when the form belongs to the WordPress site rather than to an ad campaign. Its Pro license takes payments through Stripe, Square, PayPal and Mercado Pago, with recurring subscriptions, coupons and no transaction fee of its own, it registers users and accepts post submissions, and it runs surveys, polls and quizzes with the results charted in the dashboard. Paid licenses keep every entry in your own WordPress database with Excel, PDF and CSV export, and the free Lite version is enough for a contact form on a site that buys no traffic.

It is also the cheaper tool at list price, since Elite at $599 a year at renewal covers unlimited sites and client license management for an agency, against $79 a month for Growform Basic. Among WPForms alternatives, Growform is the one to choose when the form's only job is to turn paid clicks into leads you can track, validate and deliver.

How does Growform send conversions to Google Ads and Meta?
